Stronger cells.
Healthier you.
For longer.*
When your cells thrive, so do you. Fatty15has 36+ cellular benefits that supportmetabolic, cognitive, liver, immune and redblood cell health.* The list goes on...
Get the cellular benefits your body needs.
Fatty15 offers a broad range of cellular benefits, all while supporting many types of cells throughout our bodies. Unlike omega-3, fatty15 strengthens cell membranes against age-driving lipid peroxidation. To boot, fatty15 has no fishy taste and works at a low dose to slow cellular aging.*

All-in-One Gummy for Superior Health
A tale of two pods.
The California Pod
More dolphins with aging-related conditions.
The Florida Pod
Fewer dolphins with aging-related conditions.
And those aging-related conditions?
They’re the precursors to diabetes, heart disease and stroke in humans.
So what was the difference?
The Florida pod ate different fish than their California friends.
Fish with higher levels of fatty acid C15:0 (aka FA15™).
When the California pod switched to fish with higher levels of
C15:0 (aka FA15™), their aging-related conditions stabilized and
their cells stabilized, too.

From fragile to sturdy.
After including more C15:0 (aka FA15™) in the California pod’s diet,
we saw a 72% improvement in cellular stability.

So could improving the lives of
dolphins help humans, too?
And could helping humans...help dolphins in the wild?

Bottlenose dolphins are a lot like us.
They live for a long time. They’re social and intelligent. And they can develop aging-related conditions.
But with our fatty15 breakthrough, we’re just getting started helping both humans and dolphins age in healthier ways.*

FAQs
What is C15:0?
What is C15:0?
C15:0 (pentadecanoic acid) is a healthy odd-chain saturated fatty acid. Fatty15's co-founder, Dr. Steph Venn-Watson, discovered that C15:0 is not only a good fat, but that C15:0 meets the rare criteria of being the first essential fatty acid to be discovered since omega-3, which was over 90 years ago.
In extensive peer-reviewed studies, C15:0 has been shown to support metabolic, heart, liver and immune health, as well as naturally activate receptors in our bodies that deepen sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve joint comfort.
Essential fatty acids are nutrients that our bodies need to maintain baseline health but can't make. That means we must get these essential fats from our diet or supplements. Today, there are three known essential fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3), linoleic acid (an omega-6), and now, C15:0. Because C15:0 has been shown to have 3x more cellular benefits than omega-3, C15:0 is emerging as the essential, essential fatty acid.*
Can't l just get C15:0 from food?
Can't l just get C15:0 from food?
Our primary food-based source of C15:0 is whole fat cow's milk, which contains trace amounts of C15:0. Dairy fat, however, contains much higher levels of pro-inflammatory even-chain saturated fatty acids (C16:0), as well as a wallop of calories. Food-based C15:0 is also tied up in complex lipids called triacylglycerides that make C15:0 less bioavailable. We developed fatty15 to help consumers get >99.5% pure C15:0 in a vegan-friendly, science-backed and readily bioavailable form. No cows or calories needed.
How does fatty15 compare to omega-3?
How does fatty15 compare to omega-3?
Fatty15 (C15:0) is an odd-chain saturated fatty acid, while omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids. While both are beneficial fats that support healthy immune responses, they also have very different roles. For example, fatty15 is a sturdy fat that strengthens our cell membranes and protects them against age-driving lipid peroxidation. In contrast, omega-3s are less stable fats that make our cell membranes flexible but more susceptible to oxidation, especially as we age. The bottom line: Our bodies use both C15:0 and omega-3s to stay healthy, and they can and should compliment each other. The upsides of fatty15 with pure C15:0? Tiny pills with no smell, no taste, and no burps. Better yet, when tested head-to-head against pure EPA, fatty15 had 3x more cellular benefits relevant to our immune, metabolic, heart, and liver health. We recommend working with your healthcare provider to determine what supplement stack is best for you.
How does fatty15 protect my liver?
How does fatty15 protect my liver?
Fatty15 is an award-winning and science-backed C15:0 supplement that supports your long-term health, including your liver health, at the cellular level. Numerous studies have shown that both adults and children with higher C15:0 levels have better liver health. Beyond association, fatty15 has been shown to directly protect the liver in relevant models. Specifically, fatty15 is a PPAR-α/β agonist that promotes liver health by improving the resilience of cell membranes, calming immune responses, and slowing the production of unhealthy liver tissue.*
How does fatty15 help rebalance metabolism?
How does fatty15 help rebalance metabolism?
Today, more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific studies have linked C15:0 (aka, pentadecanoic acid) to better metabolic, heart, immune and liver health. Our>99.5% pure, vegan-friendly C15:0 fatty acid in fatty15 rebalances our metabolism naturally by 1) activating PPAR-alpha and delta receptors, the master orchestrators of our metabolism, 2) activating AMPK pathways, which regulate glucose, 3) repairing mitochondria and enabling our cells to generate energy. Heck, that's a bunch of much-needed benefits to help keep our metabolism balanced.*
